Congratulations on your Destination Wedding/Family Reunion or  Birthday!

Whether you are a Virgin Islands Resident with family visiting for the big event or traveling here yourself, we have a treat for you!

From the Gecko Boutique offers an exclusive private shopping party for you & 6 or more of your special guests. Less than 6? We are still glad to service you during store hours by arrangement. What could be better than sipping cool bubbly, nibbling on lite bites & shopping at a great boutique open specifically for your own shopping party? Need a break from your future in-laws, betrothed or want to spend a little quality time with a friend you haven’t seen in a while? Include From the Gecko in your “Town Day” itinerary or tell us what time and day would best fit your schedule. We will gladly accommodate even the most hectic agenda. Also available – a facial makeover from one of our affiliates.

For a very minimal fee of $8 per person (which we will take off your purchase of $50 or more) you can be our private guests at your own special shopping Soiree.

It all starts with a “Closet Consultation!”

1. What is a Closet Consultation?
A Fashion Consultant will come to your home and with your help, review your complete current wardrobe and make educated wardrobe suggestions about what should be eliminated, updated or added to best suit your lifestyle.

2. Why do I need one?
When you dress everyday is it a simple process or a frustrating one? Do you feel happy and that you look your best? If the answer is not yes, you need help. Maybe you have gone through a work, life or weight change, or just need a little “freshening up”. Your experience with us will be tailored specifically to your needs.

3. What’s involved?
Expect a 2-4 hour visit, during which we will redesign your wardrobe to better suit your needs. Be prepared to give away some items and be open to the changes you have hired us to suggest. You will be given a list of “items I need to purchase” that will complete your wardrobe.

4. How much does it cost?
Your initial consultation will cost $100 for a 2 hour visit, $20 each additional hour thereafter. Our bonus to you is a $75 Gift certificate towards From the Gecko purchases, a complimentary outline of suggestions and “survival gear” lists and additional Gift Certificates for you when you recommend future clients to us. REMEMBER, you are investing in yourself, and you are worth it!!

5. Who is the “Consultant”?
Danna Brosius has over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, specifically, the business of dressing clients to best enhance their individual styles (& you do have more than one!). The concept is to “build a wardrobe” – to start with core, quality pieces that are versatile, flattering and practical. Understanding body type, fit & color, it will then be easier for our educated clients to improve and update their wardrobes according to lifestyle changes and needs.
