What are your hours?

Our hours fluctuate slightly seasonally. Generally we are open Monday through Saturday from 10am (11 on Mondays) until 5:30pm (4:30 on Saturdays). During the summer (July through end October) we trim back towards four days a week and during the Holidays-up to seven. We are always happy to stay later or open on off-hours for our clients. How can I make purchases online?

Currently, our favorite way of selling our products is directly to our clients in-store. If you see something on our website or our FB or Pinterest pages you have to have, please email us: danna@fromthegecko.com or call us directly at (340) 778-9433. We will be developing a shopping cart system on our site in the future. Meanwhile, please visit the shop for the best selection and service!

What sizes do you carry?

Our collections come from all over the planet and sizes vary accordingly. Generally we sell women’s sizes XS (0) to XXL (16) and sizes S-2X in our menswear shirts and up to 42″ waist in men’s pants. Our in-store staff is knowledgeable about our collections and their size variances. Depend on us to know the size that will work for you.

What is your Lay-a-way Policy?

Our generous 60 day policy is designed to allow our clients guilt-free shopping while securing exclusive items for later purchase. LA is relevant to any full-priced item over $40. We request 30%-50% initial deposit, from that time you have 60 days to complete your purchase. These items are removed from the floor to await your settlement. They cannot be exchanged or returned during the LA period.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of Full Priced/undamaged/unworn merchandise within 7-10 days of your original purchase. Your return can be used for an immediate exchange for another item or as an in-store credit valid for one year. Sorry, we do not give refunds, but will do our utmost to find you something you will love.

We do not accept returns on underwear, jewelry or discounted items.

What does ‘Organic’ mean?

The terms “Organic”, “Green”, “Eco-friendly” are thrown around a lot these days. Essentially, they indicate fabrications and processes that utilize sustainable fibers and eliminate heavy chemical processing. Can you ship my purchase?

Absolutely. We utilize US Postal Service to almost everywhere, usually Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The minimum shipping and handling fee starts at $12.50.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Of Course! You may purchase a Gift Certificate in any amount of your choosing in-store or over the phone. We can mail it to you, the recipient, or hold it for pickup.

A word about Pricing

We are committed to offering our clients the lowest and most fair price on each and every one of our products. Knowing that, please understand that we do not “discount” or haggle. You will almost certainly find something “on sale” at every visit and we often do other special promotions. Which you can keep up with on our Facebook page (sign up at the left).

Our price matching guarantee: If you find an item exactly like one we have in-store for a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price and offer you an additional 10% in store credit. Of course, certain restrictions apply.
